Matt made up some cheese steaks for dinner tonight. Honestly, this is by far the best way to eat a steak. I thought it was way better than the cheese steak we just got this week at a sandwich shop. The flavor was great, the meat (rib eye) was cooked perfectly, the onions and cheese (I had provolone, Matt had white American) were right on for me. YUM. He doesn't cook often, but when he does it's usually pretty darned good.
