While you're considering doing it, just do it! It's a cheap stamp and a good shot! I used to work at in immigration law firm doing greencards and we saw a lot of strange names but NOTHING came close to these two!
It would be under the category of "all in a days work." I think you can even submit it online. I have submitted things (obviously never had them published, but it was worth a try...)
