Well, my mom reminded me that I hadn't taken/posted a video of him crawling on his knees yet. So, this is a really quick video to demonstrate his "real" crawl as opposed to the army crawl he used for about 2 months. His knees are always rug burned.
Go, Dean, go! Does he crawl around outside, too? Garrett loves exploring the sidewalk in front of our building. Unfortunately that means scraped knees. He doesn't seem to mind it, though.
Lady Steed, thanks so much! That means a lot. It helps (in many cases) that he loves the camera.
Lindsay, he does love crawling in the grass and on the sidewalk. Yesterday his knees were pretty scraped up. He'd keep stopping at the cracks and try and fish out the dirt and rocks. I have to watch him carefully because he nearly put one of the rocks in his mouth. (not surprising)
Now there are some crawling skills! The real crawl looks way more effective at speeding across a room, which I have to admit worries me. We're not too far off over here.
And rocks are an important part of any kid's diet, aren't they? I used to shove them up my nose, apparently.
