The Blessing
On Sunday Matt blessed Dean. It was very nice. My in-laws were able to come so that's been fun. The outfit we blessed him in was my father-in-law's christening outfit. Matt, his brother, and Lady Steed & Th.'s two boys were blessed in it. So we kept the tradition going.

cute pictures. i like traditions, and it sure does simplify the process of choosing a blessing outfit. i am assuming that everything went great and matt didn't get turret's syndrome in the middle of the blessing. or that dean didn't scream his head off (not uncommon) or that he didn't have a major diaper explosion which could be heard throughout the church. there are lots of things that could go wrong..... but i'm glad they didn't.
You all look great! Dean's so cute! I love the little chunk he's getting! He looks very healthy and happy! I'm glad everything went well. Those days are such special memories!

Dean did scream his head off actually. You couldn't tell that much though since the person holding the mike did a good job of keeping it in front of Matt's mouth and away from Dean's.

we're going to CA from Dec 18th to Jan 3rd. I'm excited for everything but worried about the plane ride with Dean.
Celia, I can't get over how cute your boy is! So sweet. You look so good too! It's so nice to continue family traditions like the blessing outfit. Nate was also blessed in what his father was blessed in.
Congratulations Celia! We got in late and missed it! It looks like it was a success though!
