The rest of the...clothes

Ok girls. Here are the rest of the clothes I purchased in the last 3 weeks! I hope you enjoy your virtual fashion show. =) Overall I got 20 pieces of clothing, 2 pairs of shoes, and 5 necklaces for around $300. Considering I heard on the news yesterday that the average parent spends $450 on EACH child at the beginning of every school year, I think I did ok. I mean, c'mon. I've never really shopped in my 29 years of life. Hopefully now that I have some staples I shouldn't have to purchase much long as I can keep this shopping monster under control!! =) The only outfit I can still take back is the brown patterned skirt and sweetheart neck brown shirt. The rest are mine for keeps.

White shirt and dressy brown shorts
Brown Asian inspired top (with same brown shorts)
Maroon Shirt and black pencil skirt
Turquoise skirt (and shirt, though you've seen that before)
Yellow and green shirt (this was purchased on my own. I wasn't so sure of it, but it was kind of fun and bright, and I wanted something not so dark)
Brown Shirt and Patterned skirt (Too old lady?? This is the one I'm on the fence about. Matt says he likes it.)
Black and green paisly shirt and black dressy capris (one of my favs)
Purple and black shirt and black pants (my favorite of all the outfits I think)
Black blousey shirt (gray capris purchased earlier this year)
Royal blue shirt and black casual capris (I think I might use this for family pics...what do you think, this or the turquoise shirt?)
Purple dress and black shoes (pictured in previous post)
Hot pink skirt (pictured in previous post)

Woot! You look fabulous! I can see why the purple shirt/black pants are your favorite-because it's awesome! :)

KEEP the patterned skirt with the brown shirt. LOVE the skirt since it's a funky cool pattern.

And...where are the pics of the shoes?? (my love)

I started buying a new wardrobe for myself about 1.25 years ago and it's started a shopping issue!! (HA) Now, when I pick out an outfit I think, "hey what totally awesome outfit am I going to wear today??" instead of, "I hate my clothes. I have nothing to wear."

it's a great feeling. congrats!

I really love the green and black paisley top with black pants and the chunky necklace. A great look for you! I also love the blue dress and am a HUGE fan of the fine-knit cardigan and pencil skirt. Loving that Winona's spirit is flowing through that skirt. Great job!

How fun! Now I want to go shopping and get a new wardrobe! :) You look great in all of the outfits--but, I love the cardigan and pink skirt--very cute!

Girl when you go shopping, you go shopping! You got lots of cute stuff. I think the paisley top w/ the black pencil skirt would be cute for pictures but the most flattering I think is the cardigan and pink skirt. You are too cute in it!
I have issues with accessorizing. I feel like I need a different set for every outfit but I don't want to spend alot and I like the way chunky ones look but I feel awkward and strange in them. Like I'm playing dress-up in my mom's stuff. I feel like I need coordinating earrings and bracelets but don't like them too matchy matchy but I'm not good at making a cute combo. See? Issues. Maybe you can help me.
Oh and I also love your grey khakis and the brown/black patterned skirt.

Christine, you can kind of see the shoes in a few of the pics. Nothing too fancy. Just a pair of black wedge sandals and a pair of light brown strappy wedge sandals.

Thanks for the comments! I appreciate them all!!

Randa, the whole accessorizing thing is totally new to me too. I have never purchased a necklace before this and I have worn the same pair of earrings for 10 years!
